The staff were helpful, showing genuine kindness and attentiveness throughout our stay.
The room was quite cramped, making it uncomfortable especially for two guests.

Had CHEAP double room with old tables, bathroom, new mattress. Thanks to a terrific service I had a really great stay.

The units were cheap and the staff were responsive and efficient people at a staff member arguing. The location was convenient and strategic, within a close distance from Santa Pudenziana Basilica.

Dude, this place is, like, super close to Termini! The crew was chill and, like, super helpful whenever I needed anything. My room was clean and cozy, perfect for crashing after exploring. The breakfast croissants? Totally delicious! Only wish the place had a little more flavor in the breakfast scene, you know?

What a huge disappointment! The staff were downright RUDE, treating me like an inconvenience instead of royalty, which I am. And the room? A total shoebox! I expected a warm welcome gift for enduring such cramped conditions, but sadly just got dust and LOUD neighbors. I seriously almost gave a glowing review but just couldn't.

straightforward low budget hotel, worth its 3 stars. neat, new-fashioned room, really helpful staff at a staff member arguing. location close enough to the bus station and transport and restaurants and roma termini. nearby roadhouse grill - great place to chill out. my favorite property in rome.

Hotel is really good, worth its price. The location is great plus of this hotel 'cause it's very advantageous. The room may be too small but anyway if u'r in rome u won't spend there a lot of time

it was clean. no noise.perfect if you have older children and only want to sleep in the room.right beside the train station which was great for getting around.
there was no point having furniture in the family room. the beds took up every inch of space. however it was very good value.

The beds were very comfortable and the sheets felt clean.
The old building had poor heating, and I found myself cold . Breakfast was limited to just a croissant and coffee, with no other options available, disappointing. I expected more variety, especially considering other hotels I've been to in Rome.

The location was the best part of this hotel. It was directly across from the train station and you could go 2 steps in any direction and run into a dozen different restaurants.
We didnt get the room we expected. We booked for a double bed with 2 twin beds and got 4 twin beds. The shower was broken and if you turned it on you flooded the bathroom. I asked for an extra pillow and was given blankets to use. Breakfast had nothing kid friendly. Cleaning crew was not thorough, they left personal items in the room and even left the room door open. The lights were difficult. You either had to turn them all on or all off...this made it difficult at night.

After staying at many hotels during our Europe tour. This hotel Mirage & Halifax was a disaster. Only good thing about this place is it is very close to the main station.
Lift horrible. getting the luggage is a pain. Hot water not confirmed. Entry system , locking door is a pain. Reception, Breakfast in different buildings..
